LIFE OF DREAMS- LIVE IT !!!
“I have a dream”- Martin Luther King.
We know what this dream connotes. I know people have very high aspirations and targets set for them, and they call them dreams. But this blog is not about that category of dreams.
Let’s consider dreams as simple dreams. Dreams, the ones we see, rather experience, when we let our conscious mind rest, or simply put, sleep.
Have you ever felt happy in a dream? Does it even matter whether you are in the real world or just a world of fantasy? Think about it. And did you feel dejected when you woke up in the morning just to realize that it was a ‘stupid’ dream. Is the dejection there because of a pre conceived notion that what happens in real world is all that matters? Do we not undermine the satisfaction earned during the dream due to this?
Just imagine if we could be the architects of our dreams and then experience every detail, every moment of joy we ever wanted, in exact manner that we desired. Would it not be fantastic to actually experience the greatest joys you ever wanted to? Well when you are in dream, mostly, you do not know that you are dreaming, so, momentarily, the experience is capable of giving you the same amount of joy as you would expect in real world.
Throughout our lives we chase dreams, run behind targets set by ourselves or someone else for us. Imagine how brilliant it would be to stop chasing dreams in this world and just create and lead your dreams to the ending you want, have the climax that you want and experience it all by yourself.
Would it not be wonderful to continue tonight the splendid dream from where we left last today morning?
Do we have limitations in the world? Yes, plenty of them, some physical, some mathematical, some logical. In the dream world there are lesser constraints, the most popular one being unable to run fast when being chased. There are very less, if any, limitations in the world of dreams.
If there is some way you can master your dreams and control them to some extent, it is a far more exciting place to spend time in. It would be perfectly called “Living a life of Dreams”
What if the world which we consider real is itself a dream and we wake up only after we die?
Well, do not take the last statement too seriously.
